Perennial flowers. Long and abundant bloomers throughout the summer. Grows best in permeable, moist, unsoaked soil, in a sunny, windless position. Plant the tubers at the end of April at a depth of 10-12 cm and water well.
IN THE WILD IN WINTER
Dug in the second half of September, the dried onions are stored at 4-6 ˚C over winter.
