The roots are round, the flesh is dark red, without white flowers, and the surface is smooth.
The roots are suitable for processing and do not lose their colour when boiled.
Suitable for early harvesting, fresh consumption, canning, good over-winter storage. It grows best in moderately heavy, deeply tilled, non-acidic loamy soil.
